Buy a trap for your backyard and join the predator free movement!

Dunedin’s i-SITE/DOC Visitor Centre is now selling possum and rat traps from The Octagon, making it easier for Dunedin locals to get involved in backyard trapping.

Traps are easy to use, humane-tested and safe to use around pets and kids. The friendly i-SITE staff can give you support and guidance about the traps.

You can also pick up some non-toxic chew cards for monitoring predators in your backyard and resources about the predator free vision.

The city trap shop supports the growing predator free movement in Dunedin and complements the work of City Sanctuary and other Predator Free Dunedin groups.

• Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5pm,
• Saturday - Sunday: 8.45am - 5pm and
• Public Holidays: 9am - 5pm
